self reliance

Basically what this story tells is the self-sufficiency and confidence that you should have with yourself. Despite what you think and all the opinions that others may have towards your criteria, you should believe in yourself and your instincts. Literally what Ralph Waldo suggests is that our acts are our angels, good or bad, and your instincts are the ones that will guide you in the passage of your life. This is a work of a great philosopher talking about self-improvement and self-help. Confidence and even patience what this great essay teaches you. Focusing on the issue of trust, the author of this essay, Emerson, with this great work helps us and drives us to be proud of our criteria, religion, culture and other ... the need for each individual to avoid conformity and false consistency, and follow their own instincts and ideas. However, we do not focus more on our own criterion or judgement of ourselves, that is, what we think of ourselves, rather than prefer to listen to what the world says about us being criticized and leaving our opinions and criteria behind. To understand a little more of what this wonderful writer talks about, it is the way of acting of the person who puts interest and attention in what he does so that it comes out the best possible.

And the term patience would be the ability to suffer and tolerate misfortunes and adversities or annoying or offensive things, with strength, without complaining or rebelling. what Emerson speaks in this essay is based on these terms and helping us to improve beyond what can be seen well through the eyes of others. From the eyes of the church many people outside of it are seen as something bad and the "devil". As he writes Emerson in a part of his essay, he talks about how unseemly it is to follow your instincts beyond religion for the church. Reciting "what have i to do with the sacredness of traditions, if i live wholly from within?" My friend suggested "but these impulses may be from below and not from above." Here he talks about people seeing your impulses and your criteria different from everyone else, they will see it as if it were an impulse of the devil. For which he responds "they do not seem to me to be such; but if i am the devil's child, i will live them form the devil. "   Saying that despite the frowned that is this is always you must guide your impulses and your instincts even if they are not the same as others, that's what makes you different. Here we can provide the term patience, not all people will support you in all sense and all your opinions on certain topics. Patience is an indispensable value that will help you to become self-sufficient and be happy with yourself.
